Super simple to deal with. Shipping was lightning quick, with a few items showing up the very next day based on where they were sent from. Everything came in great shape and was just right.

I was a bit unsure about getting an exhaust system from GenX since they’re not super well-known. However, after checking out their reviews, I took the plunge. I truly value how quickly they replied to all my emails. I placed my order on a Thursday evening and it showed up that Saturday afternoon. That’s the quickest I’ve ever gotten a car part. You can count on these folks. I’ll surely return.

I was hesitant on ordering an exhaust system from GenX as they are relatively unknown. But after reading their reviews, I decided to go for it. I really appreciate that all my emails were responded to in a prompt manner. I ordered the kit on a Thursday night and received it that Saturday afternoon. Fastest I've ever received a car part. You can trust these guys. Will definitely come back.

The installer was super nice and gave me a fair price for putting on the Borla Touring exhaust on my ‘19 F150. Halfway through, he called to let me know he was having some issues with one side, possibly because another shop had leveled my truck. When I went to pick it up, one tip was sticking out more than the other, and the back of the truck was lower on that side. He asked me to come back in a week for some tweaks. I returned later that day, and while they adjusted the tips, they still weren’t quite even. The side that had dropped looks a bit better, but it’s still not totally level like it should be.

Installer was friendly, quoted me a very reasonable price to install Borla Touring exhaust on my ‘19 F150, installer called me halfway during process to say he was having trouble with one side maybe due to another garage leveling my truck, did not look correct when I picked up, one tip was sticking out the rear more than the other and truck dropped on that side in the rear, told me to bring it back in one week for adjustments, picked up later that day, tips were adjusted but still not even, the side that dropped in the rear looks better but still not completely level as before

Roberto was super quick to respond to my emails, and he really helped me out while I waited for my exhaust to ship, which took about 4 weeks. He ensures you’re well taken care of, and their customer service is top-notch! Since the exhaust was custom-made, the 4-week wait was no surprise, but Roberto kept me in the loop throughout the whole process.
